The situation is likely only temporary, but Garcia did not categorically rule out the possibility that he would take the reins full time. The “new look” Spanish team had an unimpressive 32-20 victory against handball light weight Cyprus in Madrid on Wednesday. They undoubtedly will face a stiffer test on Sunday as they will be playing Ukraine on the road.
